Using EchidnaCare

EchidnaCare provides management software for animal care facilities and related teams. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for making sure your team uses the product lawfully and appropriately.

You should not use EchidnaCare to store unlawful content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or access records you are not authorized to view.

Subscriptions and trial

Published plans are based on animal count and include a 30-day free trial unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Pricing, plan limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to the billing tools and agreement available to your account. Paid access may pause or end if payment fails or the subscription is canceled.

Facility data

Your animal care records remain your facility's records. EchidnaCare may use those records as needed to run the service, help move your data, create reports, maintain backups, solve problems, and meet legal requirements.

Before canceling, export any records your facility needs to retain. We can help with reasonable export requests.

Professional judgment

EchidnaCare helps organize records, daily work, reports, and planning, but it does not replace the professional judgment of veterinarians, curators, animal care staff, managers, or legal advisors.

Facilities remain responsible for animal care decisions, regulatory compliance, employment policies, safety practices, and final review of generated drafts or assistant responses.
